Lets see about me…I’m a Female Engineer that recently graduated college and am in the working world!!! I’ve adored manga for 10 years (since it first started getting releases in the U.S.) and I’ve been into anime since I watched Sailor Moon on TV in the 5th grade! Video Games I’ve only been playing since junior high and I’m only into RPGs.
A fun fact about me is that I was one of the lucky Otaku that were featured in Newtype U.S.A. for their favorite anime. My article was a good size and pretty well written compared to a lot of the others that had been featured. Although my tastes have changed, I’m a bit less of a Naruto fan these days. Pretty much replace Naruto with One Piece and thats somewhat close to my current favorites in anime. I’ll still keep Full Metal Panic up there only cause the 2nd season made me laugh my butt off.
First off I want to post lots of images of the figures I adore! I love looking at pictures of piles of figures. I get excited when people post their hauls and I decided I want to share my hauls here as well to anyone who wishes to see them. I would even like to do some amateur Figure Reviews and photo shoots (still a beginner at nailing lighting right). Plus if I do this, then while I’m at work I can admire my lovely figures that are waiting for me at home! I know I know I’m a freak…I love my figures so much that I may look at them on pics I uploaded to my Weblog…but hey at least I’m not as crazy as those people who have Webcams of their cats that they watch from work…right?…RIGHT!??
Secondly I write a lot of Anime and Manga Reviews for my forums and I’d like to also keep them here as well. I’m very honest about the anime I like and dislike but I’m very VERY open minded when it comes to anime/manga. I also don’t mind if people hate the anime I love…we’re all different so no need to get fussy about stuff like that, it’s silly.
Thirdly I may also put my Video Game Reviews here too…but video games are a secondary hobby for me so they probably won’t be particularly insightful. But they’re all video games that people who like anime would have a high chance of liking (RPGs and JRPGs and such).

Hello, I like your blog by the way, I’m starting on my own blog but haven’t jump started yet, trying to figure out how to pick a design. Any suggestions? Anyways I’m also into otaku stuff, anime & collecting figures. I’m quite surprise that there are female collectors coz all my female friends think it’s geeky. I’m kind of glad that there is someone who shares the same hobbies as I do. By the way, lovely park the greens look sharp.
My friends somewhat understand my love of anime and manga, but my love of figures…none of them understand. All my friends are pretty much guys too so I’m almost in the opposite situation you are, but I must admit females with these hobbies are rare in comparison to all the guys with a love of anime/manga. For picking out a design…if you mean for something like the banner, its best to choose something that you’ve loved for a long time and probably won’t get tired of looking at. That’s why I picked Yotsuba, even just thinking about Yotsuba brings a smile to my face. But in terms of setting up I’m pretty basic. There are tons of blogs that have all sorts of fancy designs that I’d love to have. By the way, thanks 🙂 I’m glad to hear that you like my blog.
Hohoho…what do we have here? An engineer who loves anime? I never thought I’d be able to see somebody who’s in a similar classification as I am…although I’m only an engineering student.
